⚔️ WAR GAMES WEEKEND ⚔️
Where High-Fantasy Adventure Meets Luxury Mountain Glamping.
April 29th – May 2nd, 2027 in the Smoky Mountains of Pigeon Forge, TN
Step out of the pages of your favorite fantasy novels and into the ultimate weekend of strategy, survival, and unbreakable camaraderie. War Games Weekend is a first-of-its-kind bookish retreat designed for those who want to step into the high-stakes games, trials, and war colleges we love to read about. Your favorite battle camp isn't just in the books anymore. Team challenges, including axe throwing and archery by day, open bar by night, and a cozy, beautifully appointed luxury glamping tent. This is War Games Weekend — built for the romantasy reader who's always wanted to actually fight for something with team-on-team mental puzzles and camp-wide espionage.
Starting at $1,315 all-in · payment plans available.
This isn't a few hours of cosplay and a buffet line. It's a long weekend where you're the protagonist.
Archery & Axe Throwing — real ranges, real instructors, and the kind of bragging rights you'll be bringing up at Thanksgiving.
The Hatchery Heist — a live, weekend-long game running underneath everything else. You're guarding those dragon eggs and plotting to steal someone else's the entire time you're also eating brunch, dancing, or losing a logic gauntlet. Nobody is ever just "off duty."
Mental trials — escape-room puzzles and 3D logic gauntlets your group chat will still be arguing about in July. Did you pick the right person to be The Blind Rider?
and FINALLY Your Battalion — strangers Thursday afternoon, a war family by Sunday morning. You don't do this weekend solo, even if you arrive solo.
And at the end of it: one battalion walks away crowned Iron Vanguard. Everyone walks away with a custom merit patches for their fight or flight leathers and a story that starts with "okay so this one time at war camp—"

Settle into a cozy Shared Tent (Twin Bed) for $340, upgrade to a Deluxe Tent for $1,252, or go full high-commander luxury with the clear-ceiling Stargazer Tent for $1,492. Full Tent details - including how to book and share with your friends below.

⛺ Add-ons & The "Off-the-Record" Rules
Need an extra cot? We have a limited number of camp cots available as a first-come, first-served add-on at checkout. (FYI - These are built for kids - so think smaller in size - and are $50/each to rent.)
Squeezing in extra friends! Look, if you want to bring your own camp cot or sleeping bag to squeeze an extra friend into your tent... we won’t tell. Just make sure you layout safely and leave plenty of clearance around the wood stoves! (Reminder- all guests need a ticket to join us!)
Payment Plans - Please reach out if you need a custom interest-free payment plan from Storybook Soirees! The sooner we get started, the lower we can make those payments as we spread them out!

Absolutely not. Our challenges are intentionally engineered for all fitness levels and heavily rely on diverse team dynamics.
Brain vs. Brawn: If you aren't the "brawn" lifting a heavy supply crate or physically constructing a monolith, you might be the cipher expert decoding a map or the strategist shouting instructions from the command podium.
Your Choice: Every single activity is 100% optional. Your comfort, boundaries, and safety are our absolute priority. You play the roles you want to play.
